Who We Are
Moores Rowland’s legacy dates back to 1866, when Edward Moore founded his accounting firm, followed by C.H. Nevill in 1875 in the UK. To preserve this distinguished heritage and expand its global reach, Moores Rowland established key branches in Delaware , USA, and Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE.

In 2009, part of the Moores Rowland network merged with another firm. However, member firms had the freedom to choose their path. 🤝 Correspondent Member
Correspondent Members are independent firms that agree, at their discretion and convenience, to cooperate with and respond to requests from Moores Rowland member firms operating in their territory. All cooperation is based on mutual agreement regarding terms and conditions between the correspondent and the requesting member firm.
As Correspondent Members do not sign a Name Use Agreement, they are not authorized to:
- Use the Moores Rowland brand name on financial statements.
- Represent themselves under the Moores Rowland name.
Correspondent Members are not required to pay annual membership fees. We value the opportunity to collaborate and anticipate that Moores Rowland member firms will reach out when opportunities arise, with the hope of fostering professional relationships and in-person meetings.
If desired, Correspondent Members may state on their websites that they are a “Correspondent of Moores Rowland,” provided they comply with Moores Rowland’s media and branding regulations.

✅ Rights & Benefits
- Brand Usage: Full Members may use the Moores Rowland brand name upon signing the official Name Use Agreement, provided their audit work files and documentation comply with ISQC 1 and ISQC 2, or with the relevant professional quality review standards of their home country.
- Exclusive Territorial Representation: Full Members may represent the Moores Rowland brand in full within their defined territory.
- Access to Technical Resources: Members can benefit from any technical tools, templates, and assistance produced by Moores Rowland for internal network use.
- Regular Technical Updates: Full Members will receive ongoing professional updates and pronouncements to remain aligned with industry best practices and international standards.
- Joint Tender Participation: Members may combine credentials with other firms in the network to jointly participate in international tenders and proposals, enhancing their global reach and credibility.
💰 Annual Fees
- A minimum annual fee of USD $5,000 applies.
- An additional 0.5% of yearly revenue exceeding USD $500,000 is also charged.
